I will be flying into the country before the start of the tour. Do I still get an airport transfer?

Our tours include an airport transfer only if you arrive on the first day of the tour. If you arrive one day before the start of the tour, we can organise an extra night's accommodation for you. Details will be included in the pre-departure information we send you after your booking. If you arrive two days or more before the start of the tour, we can offer you our accommodation package . Extra nights can be added to this package if you require.

The daily programme does not start earlier than 08:00 in the morning.

The price includes following services:

4. All entrance fees of places which are written in the itinerary, also a small cathering just like water, tea and cake.
5. Airport transfer.
6. Appyling for a visa reference number.
7. Necessary equipment for overnighting in tent by the nomads.

The price excludes following services:
1. Lunch & Dinner. Meals. Full boards or half board.
2. Tip for guide and driver.
3. Extra charges for Late check out from the hotel after 13:00, and also early check in, before 14:00.
4. Entrance fees for places which are not written in the itinerary. Facultative visiting’s.
5. Health insurance.
6. Travel cancellation insurance.
7. Fees for excess luggage’s by the domestic flight. Each person can take 20 kilo free.

10. Using the mini bar of the hotel room, or making a call from the hotel.

* It is possible to cancel the tour without extra charges 31 days before the tour starts, otherwise you have to pay extra charges:
1. 30-20 days before arrival: 5% of the price per person
2. 19-15 days before arrival: 10% of the price per person
3. 14 -5 days before arrival: 20% of the price per person 4.
4 days before arrival: 25%
5. 2 days before arrival: 35%

Attention: Even if you cancel the tour 31 days before arrival, but if you already have applied for a visa reference number, you have to pay the cancellation fees for the visa reference number!

1	Day 01: Arrival - Tehran Reception at Tehran airport, after greeting process transfer to hotel & rest. O/N Tehran
2	Day 02: Tehran - Shiraz Morning after breakfast, full-day city tour to visit the Archaeological & Islamic Art Museums ,the finest museum in Iran, which exhibits the artifacts collected from the major archaeological sites in Iran from 7000 years ago. Afternoon rest at hotel. In the evening, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Shiraz. Where you'll be received at Shiraz airport. O/N Shiraz
3	Day 3: Shiraz, Black Tents Morning drive to camp site where the Nomads in clan basis are living. Stay the night in full facility camp beside Qashqaie black tents in their Yord. These people are the most generous men and women who protected their traditions as old ,but in their hospitality are more modern than any courteous one. O/N Camp
4	Day 4: Shiraz Morning visit Nomadic black tents get acquaintance with their colourful life and traditions , then return to shiraz afternoon half day city tour visiting the Eram and Narenjestan Gardens, Nasir-ol-Molk Mosque, Khan Theological School, Vakil Bazaar ,Koran Gate and mausoleum of 2 great poets ,Hafez & Sadi. At night visit the most astonishing mirror decoration at the holy mausoleum of Aliebnehamze O/N Shiraz
5	Day 5: Shiraz-Persepolis-Naghsherostam After breakfast visit the huge Archaeological site belong to 2500 years ago, the manifest of glorified Achaemenids Empire, the sole palace at that time built by free workmen and artist not by slaves. In the evening transferred to airport for the flight to Isfahan . O/N Isfahan.
6	Day 6: Isfahan Full day city tour at Imam Square, a jewel of Persian architecture with 4 monuments at the 4 sides which includes the Alighapou Palace, Imam & Sheikh Lotfollah Mosques, handicraft factories and the 2-Km long Isfahan bazaar with its traditional arcades. In the evening we visit the most beautiful and famous Isfahan bridges over the Zayandeh Rud river. O/N Isfahan
7	Day 7: Isfahan Half Day city tour of Jame mosque ,Vank Cathedral and the Shaking minarets . Afternoon free at leisure .Evening flight to Tehran O/N Tehran
8	Day 8: Tehran - Departure Transfer to Tehran Intl. airport for your return flight.
